Remove the outer needle cap and then the smaller needle cover. The needle is now exposed.
When you open your pen for the first time you need to prime the pen.
By holding the pen upright, tap the pen lightly for any air bubbles to raise to the top.
Turn the dial to the dash with two dots and push the plunger in.
You can repeat this process until you see a tiny drop of BPC157 & TB500 liquid come out of the needle.
Next, you need to turn the dial to your selected dose.

Using your Pen
There are several areas on the body where you can inject your BPC157 & TB500 into.
The best places on your body to inject BPC157 & TB500 are the front of your thighs, the front of your waist (abdomen) or your upper arms. BPC157 & TB500 should be injected into the subcutaneous tissue. Please refer to the details packaging insert with image showing the different areas.
It is also important to rotate the injection site every time in order to prevent over use of one particular site.
Once you have selected your injection site, clean the area with an alcohol swab.
When you are ready for the injection make sure the selected dose is correct and the dosage selector on the pen shows your desired dosage ie. 0.5 mg.
Place the pen in your hand with a fist-like grip, with your thumb ready to push the plunger in.
Inject the needle at a 90 degree angle to your skin. Use your thumb to push the plunger all the way down. Leave the needle in your skin for a steady count of 6 seconds, then remove the needle at a 90 degree angle.
Once you are done, check that you have delivered the full dose in the dosage window. Your pen plunger should be all the way in. Your dosage selector will now show a white line, as it was before you selected any dosage.
To remove the needle, place the large needle cap over the needle, screw it off and replace the pen cap.
Please dispose of your used needle safely in a “sharps box”.
Remember to store your BPC157 & TB500 pen back in the fridge after use.
It is convenient to fill in the amount of mg (divided into 0.25 mg segments) on the schedule on your box and mark how many you took in your dosage. This can assist in making sure you keep track of how many mg is left.
